Time has been a-flyin’ with the Villa crew! Recent days have been full of culture and adventure, including surf lessons at Playa Grande, a visit to an ecomuseum dedicated to the Chorotega indigenous peoples, a ceramics demonstration, a hike to a secret beach, a guacamole making competition, and a hands on chocolate-making workshop at a Costa Rican bean-to-bar chocolatier. At the Villa, these activities have complemented the daily hands-on Spanish language activities led by Ivan and Krista. These days have been filled with fun and learning—and of course, plenty of Super Totally Awesome Moments (STAMs)!
